PROMOTERS – PREMIUM SPIRITS

Lisbon Airport (LIS) | September

Are you outgoing, confident and comfortable approaching customers? Do you enjoy sales, premium brands and working in an international environment?

We are hiring multiple Promoters to join a leading global spirits brand at Lisbon Airport for a one-month seasonal campaign in September.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a short-term role in a dynamic airport environment, with fixed working hours and the chance to work with an international premium brand.

THE ROLE

As a Promoter, you will be responsible for creating an engaging experience for international travellers while actively supporting sales of premium spirits and liquor.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively approaching and engaging customers

  • Providing excellent customer service to international travellers

  • Promoting and recommending premium spirits and liquor products

  • Driving sales and achieving campaign objectives

  • Presenting product information, tasting notes and brand stories

  • Representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence

  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in spirits, liquor sales, bartending, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is highly valued

  • Strong sales skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident and comfortable approaching customers

  • Passion for premium products and customer service

  • Fluent English and Portuguese

  • Professional and reliable attitude

  • Availability throughout September

Please note: the interview will be conducted in English.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • One-month temporary contract for a seasonal campaign in September

  • Multiple positions available

  • Part-time: 21–35 hours per week

  • Fixed shifts from 09:00 to 18:00
