Beauty Consultant – Premium Skincare

We are currently looking for a seasonal Beauty Advisor to join a premium skincare project at Lisbon Airport, one of the most strategic duty free locations in Southern Europe.

This role is ideal for an experienced Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor with strong skincare expertise and a commercial mindset, ready to succeed in a fast-paced, international retail environment.

What you will do

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to international travellers
• Actively drive sales and conversion in a high-traffic duty free environment
• Advise customers on personalised skincare routines, with a focus on anti-ageing solutions
• Promote hero skincare and fragrance products
• Maintain excellent merchandising and brand standards at all times
• Represent a premium brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm

Who we are looking for

You are a beauty retail professional with a strong commercial attitude.

You have:

• Experience as a Beauty Consultant in:

  • Premium skincare, dermocosmetics or luxury beauty

  • Duty free or airport retail (strong plus)

• Proven selling skills and customer engagement

• Good knowledge of skincare routines and anti-ageing products

• High level of autonomy, motivation and reliability

Languages

• Portuguese: fluent

• English: fluent (interviews will be in English)

What we offer

• Freelance position (self-employed contract in Portugal)
• Fixed working hours morning shifts (7 hours per working day)
• Seasonal campaign running from April to October
• Work schedule based on brand activations, with the number of working days varying each month (typically between 2–3 days in some months and 4–5 days in others)
• Compensation provided on a per-activation basis
