We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-oriented Beauty Advisor to join a prestigious international beauty brand at Faro Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant travel retail environment, engaging with customers from all over the world while representing some of the most recognized beauty products on the market.

Your Mission

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, helping travellers discover the perfect skincare and beauty solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, proactive, and professional manner.

• Deliver personalized beauty and skincare consultations.

• Demonstrate products and share expert beauty advice.

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product recommendations.

• Maintain excellent brand standards and product presentation in-store.

• Create memorable experiences that encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail.

• A confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer interaction.

• Strong sales skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Fluent Portuguese and English (interviews will be conducted in English).

• Availability to work 2–3 days per week until the beginning of October.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation package

• €796 gross/month for a 21-hour weekly schedule

• Meal allowance in addition to base salary

• Part-time position: 2–3 days per week

• 7-hour shifts

• Morning shifts (starting from 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM)

• Temporary contract from July until October
